Can I cancel or reschedule my pickup?

You may cancel free of charge 24 or more hours before pickup. Later cancellations incur a $20 fee.

Manage My Pickup lets you view, cancel, or reschedule eligible bookings online.

How are payments and refunds handled?

We may donate, recover, or dispose of items according to condition, safety, and applicable requirements.

What access locations can you service?

Payments, orders, and eligible refunds are processed securely through WooCommerce and Stripe.
